HIGH SAFETY - 25% Stronger than regular PP rope. With a specific gravity of .91, SUPERMONO is the lightest of synthetic ropes. It can float indefinitely. SUPERMONO 911 rope has been employed effectively as: mooring or hawser lineS; anchor lineS; towing lineS; utility pull lines for tension stringing; target tow ropeS; heaving lineS; barrier ropeS; life lines for rafts and floats; water/snow ski tows; and as industrial slings. Blue with a white marker is the standard color. The standard coil length is 600 or 720 feet. These ropes can be manufactured to conform to US, British, Canadian, ISO, and Australian specifications.
Our goal in designing Skyline rope was two-fold. To produce a rope that would generate tensile strengths higher than existing regular polypropylene ropes, and secondly, to offer a balanced display of strength, handling ease, and sturdiness. On both points, we honestly believe we have succeeded. Skyline is made only from our SUPERMONO process, now our strongest polypropylene (PP) monofilament rope. Skyline has better resilience, lower elasticity, and more resistance to abrasion as compared to regular polypropylene monofilament ropes. It does not lose
strength when wet, nor does it absorb moisture. To overcome the harsh
effects of the sun’s ultraviolet rays, Skyline is U.V.-Stabilized.
Skyline has been employed effectively in the areas of shipping,
agriculture, construction, oil exploration & rigging, military,
utilities, search & rescue, and sports & leisure.
